Yes. The Android app is free to download and use, and contains banner advertisements. Download it from the Google Play Store using the badge on this website.

Yes. Add separate jobs and hourly rates, then save the shifts you regularly work. You can keep them together in one calendar. Existing shifts retain their saved rate when you change a job’s rate; check individual shifts if a pay change should apply.

Open Planning → Rota → Jobs & shifts. Add a job and hourly rate, then save a usual shift with its start time, end time and unpaid break. Select that saved shift above the calendar and tap a date to add it. Use View to open a date and edit its entries.

Yes. In Planning → Rota, create a cycle using your saved shifts and days off. Choose the date range, preview the cycle, then publish it to your planner. Existing and cancelled shifts are skipped to help prevent duplicates.

Estimates use the hours, saved pay rates and unpaid breaks in your shifts. Planned shifts contribute planned hours; completed shifts use the actual hours you record. Availability alone adds no paid hours. Figures are gross estimates before tax and deductions. Overtime premiums and allowances are not added automatically unless reflected in the rates you enter.

No. It is your personal planner. It does not approve a rota, submit a timesheet or confirm wages with an employer. Check official rotas and payslips directly.

Yes, shift planning works offline. Downloading the app or updates and loading advertisements require an internet connection. Your chosen calendar provider may need a connection to sync calendar events.

Open Planning → Calendar and choose the shifts to send to a phone calendar. Allow calendar access when prompted. Sending again updates matching linked shifts. Update all linked calendars applies planner changes; Revoke calendar links removes linked events while keeping your planner. Editing a calendar copy does not change the planner.

Check notification permission, battery restrictions and notification visibility in Android settings. Up to 50 upcoming local reminders are scheduled when enabled, so reopen ShiftPebble regularly to refresh them. Calendar reminders are configured separately. Always check your official rota; reminder delivery is not guaranteed.

No account is required. Jobs, rates, shifts, locations, notes and availability are stored on your device. ShiftPebble does not send planner entries to us. The app’s advertising service processes separate device and ad-related information; see the privacy policy.

Use More → Export backup and keep the exported file somewhere private. Install ShiftPebble on the other device and use Restore backup. Restore replaces the current planner, so export any records you want to keep first. Backup files are not encrypted by ShiftPebble.

Share previews a calendar image. You can also export a backup, calendar file or earnings CSV where the app offers those options. Review the contents before sharing: exported information is handled by the recipient and chosen service.

Use More → Delete all planner data. If you want linked calendar copies removed too, use Planning → Calendar → Revoke calendar links first. Deleting planner data does not delete exported files, shared images or device backups.

Open More → Advertising privacy choices to revisit the choices available through Google’s consent service. You can also manage or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. The privacy policy explains advertising data separately from planner data.

The download offered on this website is for Android through the Google Play Store. There is no iPhone download linked here.
