The service and provider
ShiftPebble is a personal planner for shifts, availability and estimated gross earnings, provided by Hola Ope Royal Enterprises with technical services from Taslan & Company Enterprises. These terms apply to use of the app and this website. Contact info@taslangroup.com about any question.
Your records and responsibilities
Check the jobs, rates, dates, times, breaks and actual hours you enter. Keep a backup before restoring data, clearing storage, uninstalling or changing devices. ShiftPebble does not connect to your employer, approve a rota or submit a timesheet.
Earnings are estimates
Amounts are estimates of gross pay using saved rates, hours and breaks. They exclude tax, deductions, overtime premiums and allowances unless reflected in rates you enter. Existing shifts retain their saved rate. Confirm wages with your employer and payslip. ShiftPebble does not provide financial, tax or employment advice.
Calendar copies and reminders
Calendar exports create copies. Use Planning tools to update linked events after planner changes. Editing a calendar event does not edit the planner. Reminder delivery depends on device permissions, battery and notification settings and may be delayed or prevented. Check your official rota directly.
Backups and restoration
Restore backup replaces the current planner. Keep a separate backup of records you wish to retain and store it privately. Shared copies, exports and device backups remain outside the app’s control. We cannot recover records that exist only on your device.
Responsible use and ownership
Use the app and website lawfully. Do not misuse the service or store confidential information about other people. You retain ownership of information you enter and can export or delete it through the app. App software, branding and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. Use of the app grants personal use of the software, not ownership of its code or branding.
Free app and third-party services
The Android app is free and contains advertisements. Google Play distribution, Google advertising, device calendar services and services you choose for exports are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for any network or mobile data charges from your provider.
Availability and changes
Features and supported platforms may change. We aim to keep ShiftPebble reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations or third-party delivery. Keep independent records of important shifts and earnings. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not restrict your right to raise a complaint or seek a remedy available under applicable law.
