Your planner entries stay on your device. Advertising and website connection data are handled separately, as explained below.
Who we are
ShiftPebble is provided by Hola Ope Royal Enterprises, with technical services from Taslan & Company Enterprises. Taslan Digital is the app’s publisher name. Contact info@taslangroup.com for support or privacy questions. This notice covers the Android app and this information website.
Your planner stays on your device
Jobs, pay rates, saved shifts, locations, notes and availability are stored on your device. No account is required. ShiftPebble does not send your planner entries to us, and does not supply your jobs, shifts or earnings as advertising targeting data. Your device may retain backups according to its settings.
Advertising in the Android app
The Android app uses Google AdMob banner advertisements. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address, device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertisements and prevent fraud. An IP address may be used to estimate general location. This is separate from planner records. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Advertising choices
Ads load only when Google’s consent service allows requests. Open More → Advertising privacy choices to revisit the choices available in your region. Where consent is required for advertising-related processing, it is requested through that service and can be revisited there. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Google describes its own purposes, legal bases and retention practices in its privacy information.
Calendar access and notifications
Calendar access is requested when you choose to export linked events. ShiftPebble reads and writes the events it links to your planner and stores identifiers locally to update or remove them. Calendar events may include shift names, workplaces, locations and notes, but not your pay rate. Your calendar provider may sync those events to its servers. Calendar files create separate copies. Shift reminders are local notifications; lock-screen previews may reveal shift details. Manage permission and preview visibility in Android settings.
Backups, exports and sharing
Calendar images, backup files, calendar files and earnings CSV files contain the information you choose to export. A backup contains your complete planner and reminder preference. Planner entries and exported files are not encrypted by ShiftPebble. Keep your device locked, protect backup locations and review exports before sharing. Recipients and email, storage or calendar services handle copies under their own privacy practices. Avoid entering confidential information about clients, patients or other people.
This website and cookies
This website has no account, payment form, advertising tags or analytics scripts added by ShiftPebble. Its hosting and security providers process connection information such as IP address, requested page, browser details and request time to deliver and protect pages. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used. This does not mean the website is anonymous. See the cookie policy. Google Play links take you to Google, whose own policies apply.
Support emails and legal bases
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments. We use them to respond and resolve the issue, based on our legitimate interest in providing support and maintaining a reliable product. Service delivery and security also serve legitimate interests in running and protecting the website. Where a legal obligation requires retention or disclosure, we rely on that obligation. You are not required to provide support information, but we may be unable to resolve a request without relevant details.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, security and email providers handle information needed to deliver those services. Google handles advertising information under its applicable policies. These providers may process information outside your country. Applicable data protection requirements and provider transfer arrangements govern those transfers; contact us with questions about a specific provider or transfer. We do not receive a central copy of your locally stored planner through this website.
Retention and deletion
Local planner entries remain until you delete them or device storage is cleared. Use More → Delete all planner data to clear jobs, shifts, availability, reminder preference and saved calendar links. Revoke calendar links first if you also want linked calendar copies removed. Shared copies, exported files and device backups must be deleted separately. Support correspondence is retained only while needed to handle the request and related disputes or legal obligations; retention depends on the nature and resolution of the issue. Hosting and advertising providers have their own retention arrangements.
Your rights and complaints
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information we hold. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email info@taslangroup.com. We cannot retrieve entries held only on your device. We do not use planner records to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You can complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children and policy changes
ShiftPebble is a work-planning tool and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal data through support. We will update this notice when features or data practices change. The date above identifies this version.
